If the date of birth is delayed, we will change the date without changing the number of nights according to the actual date of birth.

Depending on availability, if you would like to ask us to guide you to a room type other than your reservation or move your room during your stay, you may have to wait a few days until check-in.

*We have a room operation with room to meet your wishes, but please be aware that we may not be able to meet your wishes.
