【ファミリーステイ】

In the "Family Stay", your husband, older children, father, and mother can also stay.

If there are vacancies during your stay, you can extend your stay.

・Please inform us of the application of "family stay" from "childbirth contact form".

・After the transfer, please pay for the additional amount by credit card or barcode payment at checkout.

・If you have not yet decided on a "family stay" plan when you contact us after giving birth, please make a reservation at least 2 days before your family's desired stay date. If you do not contact us 2 days in advance, you may not be able to eat in time.

・If you are checking in separately from your mother or baby, please enter between 9:00 and 18:00.

If you are within the capacity of each room, you can use it at the following rates.

・Adults (12 years old and up) 10,000 yen (tax included) with 3 meals

・Children (under 3-12 years old) 5,000 yen (tax included) with 3 meals

・Free for infants (under 3 years old) with 3 meals

・We will prepare from dinner only on the day of check-in.

・If you use additional rooms, you will be charged for one room (subject to availability).

Please note that the following persons may refuse admission (including babies).

・Those who have traveled within 2 weeks

・Those who have been in contact with those who have traveled within 2 weeks

・Cough, fever (37.5 degrees or higher), and cold symptoms

・Those who have had the above symptoms within 2 weeks

・We will prepare 2 meals a day (night / morning). There is no refund if you do not need to eat.

・We will prepare from dinner only on the day of check-in.

・If you stay for consecutive nights, you can eat 3 meals a day.

・Please eat at the restaurant.

・We cannot respond to your preference for meals.

・We do not offer baby food, so please bring it with you. Microwave oven is in the room.

For older children, we will offer the same menu as adults on the kids plate.

We do not provide baby food, so please bring it if necessary.

※If you have a meal to bring in yourself, please have it in your room.

We have room wear (pajamas) for adults staying at "family stay".

We do not have pajamas for older brothers and sisters, so please bring them with you.

We also have amenities such as toothbrushes (for adults and children), shaver, shaving gel, etc.

Steam iron is also available for rent.

Please feel free to take it from the amenities corner near the front desk on the first floor.
