Mom Garden will be close to the guests who stay for consecutive nights and calculate the cancellation fee on a daily basis.

Cancellation fee fluctuates depending on the timing of cancellation offer

・ If the reason is the health condition of the mother and child, there is an exemption (certificate may be required)

・Cancellations for personal reasons will incur a cancellation fee.

・In the case of a reduction in the number of nights, a cancellation fee will be charged depending on the timing of the offer.

Example)

If a customer who has booked 30 nights from the 1st to the 31st of the following month makes a cancellation request on the 29th of the previous month 3 days before the scheduled use date

If you cancel your reservation

・Within 30 days to 8 days before the scheduled check-in date: 20% of the total amount of the cancellation schedule

・Within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date: 50% of the total amount of the cancellation date

* If a cancellation fee is incurred, we will refund it by deducting it from the accommodation fee you transferred.

Family Stay

For cancellation of Family Stay, cancellation fee will be charged if you do not contact us 2 days in advance. Cancellation fee is 1,000 yen per night.
